How do I apply for a job?

  • Once you've found a job that you'd like to apply for, select the 'more info/apply now' button and complete the online application form. Make sure that you include all of the information requested then select 'apply now' to send your application to us.

What qualifications do I need to beome a real estate agent?

  • This will vary from state to state however all real estate agents in Australia are required to hold a minumum qualification. To see what each state requires click here or contact our National Training Manager.

Is there a uniform involved?

  • Century 21 offices have a preferred standard of dress. These should be explained in the interview and again at your induction.

Can I apply for more than one job with Century 21?

  • You can apply for as many or as little as you like! It's important however to use discretion when choosing jobs to ensure they are matched to your skills, expereince and career ambitions within the real estate industry.

  • If you've applied for a position and you are shortlisted then you will be contacted directly to attend an interview.

How much will I be paid?

Pay rates vary between positions but most employees are paid according to the appropriate workplace agreement or award.

  • It is important to remember that an interview is you at your 'best', make sure you are well groomed and on time.
