Neil completed an Economics degree at Otago University and then together with his wife travelled extensively around the world, living and working in Australia, USA and England.
Returning to New Zealand in the mid 1980’s, Neil has had a varied background, including Secondary School teaching, Travel business, sales into the construction industry among others.
Neil has over five years successful sales record in selling businesses. In that time he has sold businesses ranging from hospitality such as Restaurants and Cafes to Industrial and Distribution businesses.
As well as pursuing his business interests he is also involved in the local community as a Agape Budget Adviser and also active as a Business Mentor for BMNZ. He is also a keen sports person enjoying golf tennis and mountain biking.
Having been involved in running a number of successful businesses himself he understands the importance of maintaining good communication and transparency in the business sales process. Neil believes that a successful sale starts before the listing process and includes having timely and up to date information to create a transparent sales process.
Neil brings a genuine interest in business, a problem solving attitude and strong negotiating skills to get the best price and solution for the vendors business or property.
