An exciting opportunity exists for a Sales Cadet within our fast paced company. This role is ideal for candidates wanting to take the first step into real estate and obtain a taste of what it is all about. Applicants should have a desire to progress within our business in the sales arena yet also be willing to take a step by step approach to this sought after career prospect.
The Sales Cadet role involves a touch of all departments within Century 21 Premier , assisting sales, rentals, support, agents, buyer specialists and much more – all this will help you obtain an understanding of the industry. A car licence is essential. This is an entry level role where no experience is necessary; we will provide you with training.
Overview of Position:
Primarily working with Tim Kearins as part of their sales unit.
This position has been designed for people who are looking at possibly entering the sales team and becoming a "great" sales agent, but want to learn all the skills and systems involved first. You will be assisting and working alongside some of our best sales agents. We require a minimum commitment of 12 months and it is recommended 36 months, prior to you moving up and becoming a full time salesperson.
