Property Manager / Business Development Manager

This is a demanding role and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate the following:
- Minimum of 1-year experience in a similar role
- Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, Healthy Homes and Amendment Act
- The ability to work under pressure
- Excellent time management skills
- Well-presented and punctual
- Showcase ambition and drive
- An outgoing personality with a 'Can Do Attitude'
- A commitment to outstanding customer service and communication
- Tech-savvy
Key duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Managing a portfolio of properties
- Generate new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Property inspections and inspection reports
- Ensuring rents are paid on time and in advance
- Promote vacant property to achieve full occupancy
- Prepare tenancy agreements
- Manage and resolve disputes (tenancy tribunal/ mediation)
- Schedule all maintenance and repair work
- Be fully versed in all legislation relevant to rental property
